Mostly in life you get what you pay for, so I didn't cringe too much at the price tag for this book. However, I cringed all the way through the book as all the glaring typos throughout the book. I can overlook typos and even an occasional misused word (i.e., "than" being used repetitively instead of "then" in a paragraph), but the overall content was both repetitive (the EXACT same paragraphs copied and pasted in multiple sections) and often contradictory in nature.
Please don't waste your money on anything from this author. You will glean just as much information on the subject from a Google search on the topic.
