shrieked when we tried to take her shirt off. Our daughter called her husband and he brought this
book to the phone, and diagnosed the problem as "nursemaid's elbow," an arm out of joint.
I had four children and three older grandkids, but had never heard of this. We took her to
ER at a Children's Hospital where a pediatrician knew just what to do. Ever since, this has
been my standard gift to new parents. I must have bought twenty of these over the years.
While I've never used it myself, I know it can be a valuable book to have on the shelf.
