This book seems to me like a long advertisement for supplements. I chose not to spend the money on all the supplements this book suggested. I DID get off paxil--by cutting my dosage down incrementally until I was off, AND by switching to a med with fewer side effects. To be fair, I can't rate the advice in this book since I chose not to follow the advice. To be fair to consumers though, IF you follow the plan in this book be prepared to buy a lot of supplements.
